Kate is a recent Occupational Therapist graduate from Flinders University. During her studies, she gained clinical experience in hospital and community rehabilitation settings in Adelaide and Darwin working with people who had acquired brain injuries, stroke and other neurological conditions. She also worked part-time as a support worker.
From a young age Kate had a strong interest in the brain and always envisioned herself working in health. When she discovered occupational therapy, and the creativity and broad scope of opportunities it could provide, she knew it was the career for her!
As a naturally empathetic person, Kate is passionate about supporting people and will do everything in her power to help clients to reach their goals and celebrate their wins.
