Treatment for people with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions
ONE Rehabilitation Service isn’t your everyday rehabilitation service. Part of our unique service is that we provide your therapy in a location that suits you.
Whether you are still in hospital, have returned home with support services, or would like to come into the clinic, we meet you where you are most comfortable. If you live in regional South Australia we can provide therapy through our tele-rehab program.
Our clinicians can prescribe and coordinate:
- Delivery of any equipment you may need
- Any home modifications that are required
- Access to other services you may be eligible for
- A gradual return to work plan including work site assessments
