Community and collaboration
In our field, empathy, compassion, and a dedication to improving the lives of our clients is absolutely paramount. We value our successes on the impact they have on both our client’s goals, and our community at large. The dedication to learning, shown in every clinician in our team, doesn’t stop at formal education. We all continue to read, listen and learn from the latest evidence-based research to keep providing the best service available. As a new member of our team, we hope to share your knowledge and continue to advance our collective ability to grow and provide even more opportunities for better care.
Unified support through interdisciplinary care
ONE Rehabilitation Service is, by design and from inception, an interdisciplinary model as opposed to the industry standard of multidisciplinary therapy. With our interdisciplinary team, our clients are able to focus on their big-picture goals and be supported at every step of their journey. We look for like-minded clinicians and support staff who share our same desire to collaborate and grow together for better client outcomes.
Exclusively for ABI
Our team, clinic and community are here to cater only to clients who experience brain injury, stroke, concussion and other neurological conditions. We narrow our focus for a deeper understanding of the challenges our clients face so we can provide more opportunities for them to reach their goals and live the life they deserve.
Our unique approach to care
As a team of diverse individuals pursuing a shared goal, we hold four values at the core of our work to act as our guiding star. These four key values shape our team as we grow and improve, always searching for the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Client-Centred
In every decision we make, in every discussion we hold, and in every therapy session we run, we place the outcomes of our clients first. We encourage our clients to deeply consider what they wish to achieve, and fully support them throughout their journey to reach it.
Passion and Professionalism
We act with integrity to provide clients with the services they deserve, positivity to foster an environment where healing is encouraged and victories are felt, and passion to always grow and provide a better standard of treatment.
Teamwork and Communication
We embrace the structure of our interdisciplinary framework – open, frequent and effective communication about client goals to provide our clients with the support and progress of a single stream of therapy.
Quality and Best Practice
We believe in an evidence-based approach, always learning, always growing, and always searching for the next opportunity. Through the pursuit of excellence, we’re dedicated to providing creative, innovative solutions for our clients.
